Nursing Care Services and Incorrect Applications

Nursing, individual, family and community health care disciplines. The responsibili- ties of nurses has increased over time, it has been observed with an increase in errors in nursing practice. Nurse errors, the main factors are the lack of experience and knowledge, neglect of health care, the patient's complaints taken not listening and recording, fatigue, lack of motivation, and lack of education are factors related to medical devices. Nursing is often the prevention of common mistakes, first of all you need the awareness of these conditions.
